Highway, with a length of almost 200 km, which
includes the Lefktro-Sparti section, will soon be
complete.
Moreas was one of the first concession projects
that were launched in 2007, and its completion
has been more or less uninterrupted.
In the first quarter of 2017, construction work
would begin in the southern section of the E65
Central Greece Road Axis (Lamia-Xyniada), while
the concession project concerning the Xyniada-
Trikala section would be completed in March
2017. The E65 road axis is mostly finished, and
there is only 10% left for the completion of the
project on-schedule; as a result, Thessaly will
enjoy the use of the central part of the motorway,
as stipulated in the revised contract, by March.
