10.Brought about changes in disability pen-
sions.
The new regime specifies single nation-
al pension rates for persons with disabilities
(apart from the contributory pension they are
entitled to). Those who will be deemed eligible
for disability pensions after May 13, 2016, will
receive:
* 50% of the national pension for disability
degrees of 50% to 66.99%.
* 67% of the national pension for disability
degrees of up to 79.99%.
* 80% of the national pension for disability
degrees of more than 80%.
