Akronic is an Athens-based and exclusively
export-oriented startup company. Akronic is oper-
ating in the semiconductor industry and offers
services related to the design of analogue, mixed-
signal and high-frequency integrated electronic
circuits and other similar intellectual property
products. It focuses on: wireless transceivers,
smart sensors and the “Internet of Things”.
Akronic aims at providing the micro-electronics
sector with custom-made solutions that combine
high quality and performance with low costs and
fast marketing times.
Solid fuel boiler
One of the main drawbacks of the boilers avail-
able in the market is the residue created from the
combustion of solid fuel such as pellet, kernel,
corn, pomace wood etc. at the combustion point,
which leads to the gradual reduction of the boil-
er’s performance, until it ceases to operate and
is in need of maintenance.
In contrast to the other boilers of the market, the
Biomass Boiler does not require any kind of main-
tenance, is fully automated and its design guaran-
tees zero thermal loss, leading to higher efficiency
and requiring no insulation.
Therefore it is more safe for its surroundings, as
well as for the user, who can even touch it bare-
handed.
Industrial design and exploitation of
innovative foods
This is a services company, whose purpose is to
promote the production of innovative foods, with
the aim of increasing the clients’ profitability.
Two series of products, fruit-juice vinaigrettes and
fruit-juice sauces, that use traditional farm prod-
ucts, have already been created and patented.
Although these products are widely used in Greek
and international cuisine, this is the first time they
are industrially designed and produced, ensuring
that this innovation is commercially sustainable.
The aim is to help clients —small and large agri-
cultural product processing companies—
increase their shares in the domestic and global
market, and boost their profitability by enjoying an
almost monopolistic position.
