VODAFONE
Vodafone Hellas is a member of the Vodafone Group, a world leader in the
field of mobile communications. Vodafone Greece has a technologically
innovative telecommunications network, providing top quality communica-
tion that reaches 100% population coverage, as well as high-speed mobile
Internet access. It also has a robust commercial retail network nationwide,
comprising Vodafone branded shops and commercial partnerships with
other distributors and retailers. Vodafone, along with meeting its commercial
targets, also remains faithful to the principles of Corporate Responsibility
and sustainable development, realizing strategic partnerships and a series
of investments that take into account the interests of its customers, its peo-
ple, the environment, and community at large. In this context, it is imple-
menting an Integrated Environmental Management System, focused on
energy and recycling. Moreover, through the Carbon Connections survey,
the only quantifiable survey that includes specific sustainable development
solutions, it has shown how the implementation of 16 smart mobile teleph-
ony applications can reduce operating expenses and enhance the compet-
itiveness of Greek enterprises and, in general, the competitiveness of the
Greek economy, with major benefits for the environment. Vodafone utilizes
mobile telephony technology and invests in health and environmental pro-
tection. It has been implementing a pioneering Telemedicine program at 30 locations throughout Greece, from the northern
regions of Evros and Kastoria to the remote islands of Kastelorizo and Gavdos. Similarly, it has joined forces with the Arcturos
environmental NGO to implement a program for the protection of the brown bear and its ecosystem. In order to cover the par-
ents' need for information on issues related to the use of Mobile-Fixed telephony and the Internet by their children, the company
has been distributing the “Parents' Guide”. The Guide's 37 pages include a simple presentation of the relevant technology and
the constantly evolving services, as well as useful advice by specialized scientists. Finally, Vodafone has been implementing multi-
year social contribution programmes in cooperation with highly esteemed agencies and institutions, the most important being the
“Vodafone World of Difference”, which enables visionary and enthusiastic people to work for an entire year for the non-profit char-
ity of their choice, carrying out a specific kind of work.

Attica Ventures was established in September
2003 by Attica Bank and a group of executives led

ture capital funds. Attica Bank was the first bank to
be involved in Venture Capital Fund Management,

a Fund.
Today the company has funds under management
of €65 million. Since March 2004, Attica Ventures
has been managing the Zaitech Fund, a €40 million
fund, whose investors include Attica Bank and
TANEO (the New Economy Development Fund),
while since October 2010 the company has been
managing Zaitech Fund II, with an initial capital of
€25 million, invested by Attica Bank and private
institutional investors.
Up to this date, Attica Ventures has invested more
than €35 million in the rights issues of twelve Greek

health, logistics, telecoms, IT, industrial innovation),
and all investments aimed at enhancing their
growth plans and competitiveness in both the
Greek, and international
markets.
It is worth noting that the
enterprises Attica Ventures
has invested in have used
its funds to make further
major investments, total-
ling more than €150 million
that injected substantial
amounts of liquidity in the
market, significantly in-
creased employment, cre-
ating more than 800 new
jobs, achieved high growth
rates and won many busi-
ness awards. Four of these
companies are listed in the
